Pricing questions
Are prices including VAT?
No — all prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout based on your country; businesses with a valid EU VAT number are reverse-charged. Annual billing is charged as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You upgrade, downgrade or cancel yourself in the Stripe billing portal — no email required. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current period, and you keep everything that's free forever.
What counts as a lead?
A lead is one completed submission from a visitor — a finished contact form, or a WhatsApp / call / booking handoff the visitor started from a flow. Opening the widget or clicking a reply is tracked as analytics, not billed as a lead.
What happens if I go over my lead limit?
Nothing is lost. Once you pass your monthly limit, new leads are still stored and shown in your inbox marked “over-limit” — they're simply not delivered by email or webhook until you upgrade or the month resets. You never lose a lead.
